We presented “AI-Powered Support in Residential Care Facilities: Supporting Professional Caregivers and Talent Sustainability,” featuring the preliminary results of a pilot project carried out in three residential care facilities.

The pilot examines how AI-powered support can assist professional caregivers and residential care organizations with workload management, decision-making, and talent sustainability, generating objective information to facilitate their daily work.

This participation gave us the opportunity to share the project’s initial learnings and highlight the potential of AI to support professionals, improve care management, and contribute to talent sustainability in the residential care sector.
